Physician and surgeon with specialties in Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery from the University of Guadalajara, with training in endoscopic surgery. He is an attending physician in the Pediatric Surgery Service of the Hospital Civil "Fray Antonio Alcalde," leads the Thoracic and Abdominal Trauma clinic, and serves as Head of the Maternal and Child Department at CUTlajomulco, where he is an Adjunct Lecturer (Asignatura B). He has co-authored an internationally published book as well as articles and book chapters in pediatrics and pediatric surgery, with an emphasis on evidence-based medicine.

Pharmaceutical Chemist Biologist (QFB) with a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology in Medicine from the University of Guadalajara. She is a full-time, tenured Associate Professor-Researcher (Asociado A) at CUTlajomulco and Head of the Molecular Biology Area at the Jalisco State Public Health Laboratory. Her work integrates molecular surveillance, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), clinical microbiology, whole-genome sequencing (WGS), and molecular biomarkers.

Physician and surgeon from the University of Guadalajara, with specialties in general and endocrine surgery (UNAM) and in plastic and reconstructive surgery, along with advanced subspecialty training and an M.Sc. in reconstructive microsurgery in the United Kingdom. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Medicine program at CUTlajomulco, focusing on evidence-based medicine and clinical pathophysiology. His research centers on microsurgery and breast reconstruction, and on the training of plastic surgeons.

Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences specializing in Immunology and Dental Surgeon (DDS) from the University of Guadalajara, where she is an Adjunct Lecturer (Asignatura B) at CUTlajomulco and holds the Candidate level of Mexico's National System of Researchers (SNII). Her research addresses the immunology of oral diseases and their relationship with systemic conditions, with emphasis on the IL-23/IL-17 axis, RANKL levels, and rheumatoid arthritis-associated periodontitis. She has an extensive teaching and thesis-supervision record.

Internal Medicine physician and Pulmonologist with an M.Sc. in Medical Sciences and advanced subspecialty training in pulmonary rehabilitation. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at CUTlajomulco (University of Guadalajara), an attending pulmonologist at the Hospital Civil de Guadalajara "Juan I. Menchaca," and former President of the Pulmonology Association of Jalisco. His work spans the epidemiology of respiratory viruses and COVID-19, pulmonary function, and clinical research methodology, and he serves as regional principal investigator for a national lung cancer project (INCAN).

Physician and surgeon with specialty training in pediatrics and a postgraduate qualification in pediatric rheumatology, together with master's degrees in nutrition and dietetics. He founded the pediatric rheumatology service at the Hospital General de Occidente, directs a research center (CREA), and is a full-time Associate Professor-Researcher at the University of Guadalajara. His work addresses juvenile idiopathic arthritis and biologic therapies, pediatric vasculitides, opportunistic infections in immunosuppressed patients, and the molecular diagnosis of pediatric community-acquired pneumonia.
